Château Roc Blanc
Château Roc Blanc has a firm rooting in the heart of the garrigue-clad countryside, in a Natura 2000 protected area, in the Saint-Chinian appellation area, Languedoc-Roussillon. Its exceptional vineyard sites unfurl across its clay-limestone hills at elevations ranging from 150 to 210 metres above sea level. Its red wines blended from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre combine freshness, minerality and superior aromatic expression.

The Team
We have chosen to recruit young talented staff with whom we share the same passion for terroir.
Together, they manage the teams of seasonal workers who help us every year in pruning the vines, thinning the clusters, and of course harvesting the grapes entirely by hand.
Expertise
Drawing on over 35 years’ experience in wine, François Gilbert, Philippe Gaillard and their team put their knowledge into practice in order to craft wines in their image, whilst at the same time fully encapsulating sense of place.

An Exceptional Vintage
Much has been written about the 2022 vintage which caused great concern. The reason for this was the nerver-ending and particularly hot summer.
“In this outstanding setting, we leave no stone unturned in our quest to fully preserve the integrity of the fruit, extract the quintessential qualities of the terroir and aim for excellence”
